Gas exchange

Excellent every time. I use one to two gas bottles a week in Melbourne during the colder months with my patio heaters and always deliver on time

Great Service

Too easy

I've used Gas Guyz for a couple of years now for both BBQ and CO2 and highly recommend them. I'm only writing this review as I was stunned when I saw 11 * 1 star reviews. I read them and most are by people who complimented the service and then have obviously given 1 star by accident. One was the usual keyboard warrior who had an empty bottle and couldn't wait to review, rather than contact the company. I too had an empty bottle once. Contacted the company and it was replaced the next day, no questions asked. That is customer service and what you hope to get when mistakes are made. Keep up the good work. Another order just placed.

How does a gas swap work?

Order online, then leave your empty cylinders at an easily accessible location for our driver. We'll swap it for a full one the very next business day.
Which brands do you accept?

We accept all brands for our standard gas swap products. However, some restrictions apply to our industrial gas range, and not all brands may be eligible for a swap.

For industrial gas swaps, please refer to the FAQ section on the relevant product page for details on accepted brands and any restrictions before placing your order.
How do I know my cylinder is safe?

Every cylinder is precisely filled, inspected and tested before it leaves us.
Don't have a cylinder to swap?

No worries — you can order a new full cylinder instead of a swap. Shop new cylinders.
Need a specific delivery time for your business?

To ensure next business day delivery, Gas Guyz cannot offer specific delivery times. All orders are delivered between 7am and 4pm, Mon - Fri
