AustraliaI've used Gas Guyz for a couple of years now for both BBQ and CO2 and highly recommend them. I'm only writing this review as I was stunned when I saw 11 * 1 star reviews. I read them and most are by people who complimented the service and then have obviously given 1 star by accident. One was the usual keyboard warrior who had an empty bottle and couldn't wait to review, rather than contact the company. I too had an empty bottle once. Contacted the company and it was replaced the next day, no questions asked. That is customer service and what you hope to get when mistakes are made. Keep up the good work. Another order just placed.
